How To Get Large Breasts Naturally

There are several ways you can make an attempt to get large breasts without expensive augmentation surgery. Some of you out there would simply like to have your breasts appear larger when out in public, while the rest would love your breast to be bigger in and out of clothes. Obviously a good push up bra will do the trick if your merely trying to look bigger under your shirt; but there are also some other methods that range in effectiveness from effective, to not effective at all.

1. If you're attempting to get large breasts; try doing some pectoral building exercises like dumbbell butterflies, or a seated butterfly. The pectoral muscles tend to respond to high repetition exercises,
so you can actually enlarge your chest muscles, while causing minimal growth to the rest of your upper body.

2. This goes along with number 1, but needs some careful consideration. Gain weight: If you gain unnecessary weight I.e., fat -- then you have more than a 50% chance of getting larger breasts. It's important to note that the rest of you will also get larger, unless your incredibly lucky and all the excess fat goes straight to your breasts and nowhere else.

3. Medication. This is another method that must be looked at carefully. Many of you out there, or friends of yours know that going on the birth control pill, normally leads to larger natural breasts (if you're lucky). While the rest of your body can also gain fat in some cases; many lucky women are pleasantly surprised when they get large breasts from starting the pill. There are also many herbal pills that are marketed, which claim larger breasts if you feel inclined.

4. Lastly, you can work on either massaging each breast nightly, or placing a warm heat pad on them. While this may take time, it is indeed possible to induce some growth this way, as blood flow is increased and your breasts will look fuller.
